3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 774pup account. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. 774pup is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
3.5 KYC Verification. 774pup is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.
4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 774pup login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Account Activity. All activity conducted through your 774pup account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 774pup's support team immediately via live chat.
4.3 Account Suspension. 774pup reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or any activity that 774pup reasonably believes may be harmful to the Platform or other players.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 774pup reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 774pup accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 774pup does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – all payment methods used must be registered in your own name.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time, and current limits are displayed on the Platform's banking page.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Card withdrawals may take three (3) to five (5) business days.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 774pup reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is approved.
5.5 Transaction Fees. 774pup does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees, for which 774pup bears no responsibility.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 774pup are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent 774pup's bonus system – including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated software – will result in the immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent account closure.
6.4 Bonus Eligibility. 774pup reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may be withheld from players whose betting patterns suggest professional or systematic play inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 774pup Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. 11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
774pup collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 774pup complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
774pup reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 774pup will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. 14.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 774pup, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting 774pup's customer support team. 774pup will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal complaint.
